Hello to all our existing and previous clients! All of you have been really supportive and amazing to every Wisp Lash Artist. Thank-you so much!

Over the last few weeks it’s become a necessity to update our clients on all our policies. Moving forward we will begin enforcing these policies with few exceptions.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelled appointments within 24 hours of your scheduled time results in a charge of 50% of the regular service price regardless of specials or promotions. 

We allow a 15 minute late grace period to arrive to your appointment. In the event you will be more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will have to be cancelled and the cancellation policy of 50% charge will apply.

No call no show’s will also be charged 50% of the regular service price and will be blocked from future booking unless paying in full prior.

Every artist has a set price for Full Sets. These prices vary based on experience and demand. 

Wispy Wednesdays special pricing will only be applied on Wednesday. If you book this mistakingly we will not discount your service.

30 minute touch ups

30 minute touch ups are only offered to existing clients.

If you have read through this far please do not feel like this is directed towards any specific person. I’m the last month the amount of no shows, same day cancellations and late arrivals have just became overwhelming. 

We value each client that’s supported us but can no longer give any special treatment. If you feel like you cannot meet our booking policies, please do not book. 

We promise to give you our best and dedicate ourselves to providing you with the best experience.
